Ruggy Free Rug Pad Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period: The Ruggy Free Rug Pad Promotion ("Promotion") is valid from 22.03.2024 to 01.05.2024.

2. Eligibility:

   • To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must:
     • Make a purchase of a rug or rugs from Ruggy with a total order value of $199 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees).
     • Place their order during the Promotion Period.

3. Free Rug Pad Offer:

   • Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive one (1) free rug pad with their qualifying purchase.
   • The free rug pad will be automatically added to the customer's cart during checkout when the eligibility criteria are met.

4. Limitations:

   • Customers are limited to receiving one (1) free rug pad per order, regardless of the number of rugs purchased or the order total.
   • This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. Promotion Availability:

   • The Promotion is available for online purchases made on the Ruggy website (ruggy.com.au).

6. Exclusions:

   • The Promotion does not apply to purchases made through other platforms or third-party retailers.

7. Cancellation or Modification:

   • Ruggy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Returns and Refunds:

   • If a customer returns a qualifying purchase for a refund and the order value falls below $199, the free rug pad must also be returned.
   • If the customer chooses to keep the free rug pad when returning the qualifying purchase, the retail value of the rug pad will be deducted from the refund.

9. General Conditions:

   • Ruggy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of orders and to disqualify any orders that do not meet the specified criteria.
   • The Promotion is subject to availability and while supplies last.
