Do you provide free shipping?
Yes! If the order value is more than $99, we provide free shipping Australia wide. Some areas are excluded, please see our shipping page for more information.
Is it easy to clean my washable rug?
Yes it is! Simply drop your rug to your washing machine, please check the rug's ticket at backside before put the rug to the machine.
Are machine washable rugs thick?
No, they are not. All of our machine washable rugs are thin and as light as possible to avoid any damage to your machine.
