Description
This stunning rug is hand tufted in India and is made from Viscose which is sometimes referred to as Regals Silk. Viscose has a beautiful effect where the light bounces off the piece and gives an almost shimmery effect. The chevron pattern in the opulent palette of crimson and grape provides great impact.

Shedding & caring for your rug:
All wool rugs will shed. This should not last forever and should stop or decline after a few months. During this time, wool rugs will settle down, and you should eventually notice that the rug sheds less and less.
Vacuuming can sometimes cause the rug to shed even more. If you do need to vacuum, avoid using a strong level of suction and try using a hand held suction piece so that you do not put too much pressure on your rug than you need to.
Wool has a natural stain resistance that will help minimise the impact of spillages which will help minimise the dirt seeping into your rug. It is however best to sponge the area immediately with a damp cloth so as to remove as much of the spill as possible.
Please note that all our Hand Tufted, Hand Made rugs are all that – Hand Made! We make every effort to produce as perfect and precise with each rug design – however variations in dying, technique and colour may vary between productions. Also variations on website will vary between computer screens like colours, shades, textures, sizes and appearances.

Returns
At Ruggy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may initiate a return within 35 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund (subject to return fees).

- Damage, deterioration, or other stains
If the returned item(s) do not meet these conditions, we may reasonably deduct an amount from your refund to account for any use, damage, or deterioration of the product(s) up to the price of the item(s). Please note that all returned items undergo a thorough inspection, and items returned in a condition that we reasonably consider to be no longer sellable will not be refunded.
Make sure to ship the returned items in their original packaging or similar packaging that prevents any damage during transportation.
Once you have initiated a return, please ensure that you return the product(s) to us within 14 days of initiating the return.
